Bryce National Park, Utah – May 2018

Bryce’s geological history of erosion played out so distinctly from the canyons of Zion and Grand. Erosion has left these incredibly intricate rock spires called hoodoos. They are unbelievably mesmerizing. It’s like looking at lace made of rock. Mom made the observation, and Dad and I agreed, that Bryce felt more feminine and Zion more masculine.

A tip: Bryce has a regular park shuttle and a separate (free) Rainbow Point Tour bus that covers a different part of the park. Take both!!
