Toronto is FULL of gorgeous old architecture and landscape architecture, and equally FULL with modern – and frequently unbelievably tall – architecture. It is also bustling with a multicultural population, and I saw far fewer homeless people than I do in the States. I suppose it’s probably related to the fact that I was largely downtown on weekdays, but everyone seemed very earnestly busy, but pleasantly so.
