I have felt the vibrations created by chanting in my body during yoga classes and meditation retreats, and have been enveloped in auditory vibrations during “sound baths” of gongs or singing bowls.
But it never occurred to me that I could physically apply the vibrations of a singing bowl to my body for clearing or healing until this day. This gentleman made the singing bowl sing on my head for my Crown chakra, my hand for my Heart chakra and my belly for my Solar Plexus chakra. It was wondrous, lightening, delicious. ? And my friend Ben apparently has been standing in large singing bowls for some time now, taking in vibrations through his feet. Who knew??
Also, I gasped with delight when this man used the singing bowl to make water dance. Simply, complexly, naturally, delicately beautiful.
