I lived in Berkeley and worked in San Francisco 1998-2002, so it’s another place that feels a bit like home.

Oakland has a different vibe than any place I have ever been. It feels strong, grounded and spirited. It was delicious to be in Oakland ethos again. And it was also delicious to be with my friends Leslie & Priya, at Lake Merritt, and eating Arizmendi pizza.
