When I left Los Angeles on April 30th, all I knew about my route was that my parents were coming in two weeks for our Zion, Bryce and Grand Canyon National Parks tour, that I was going up the west coast first, then heading east, that I wanted to be in the Northeast for autumn, and that I wanted to be with my sister and her family for Christmas. And I made it happen!
It felt so good to be with family for the holidays. Yum.
