My sister and her husband honeymooned on Nova Scotia, and they both still get a faraway dreamy look in their eyes when they talk about it. They had three main recommendations – Lunenburg, Peggy’s Cove and Cape Breton National Park. I went to all of them! Lunenburg and Peggy’s Cove are pretty close to each other on the South Shore of the Atlantic, south of Halifax. Both are charming, each in their way. Lunenburg is colorful, full of shops, and is a UNESCO World Heritage Site. See the next post for Peggy’s Cove!
