My home for the week I was in Nova Scotia, Moon Fire (organic!) farm.
Funny story: One morning when the wind was pretty fierce, I was in their shower, covered head to toe in soap – and the power went out, including the water pump.
The only water available for rinsing? From the back toilet tank. Cold cupful by cold cupful. Brrr!
I so enjoyed the hospitality, conversations and fun with my hosts Kimm, Domenic and their son Sebastian. And the farm itself is lovely, too. I am grateful!!
