When I drove up from Sonoma, I took CA Route 128 from Cloverdale to the coast and would highly recommend it to anyone planning a route through NorCal – RV, car, motorcycle or bicycle. Also, do not miss Avenue of the Giants that is surrounded by Humboldt Redwoods State Park… mmm, mmm, mmm (clutches heart)
