Oh, boy. Two shimmeringly perfect days. I met my friend Cory here, and Day One – I got to roar around the park on the back of his Harley. It’s very cool not to have much between you and all that gorgeous, powerful nature. I was so profoundly struck with respect for these trees, some two and three THOUSAND years old. And then Day Two – the best hike I have ever taken. Mountain views, full waterfalls, wildlife sightings, spring wildflowers, glacial meadows and the crescendo – an ice cave!

- This ice cave blew my mind. How incredibly lucky to hike in the Spring when this was possible.
- See how the ice cave was formed by melting snow sliding down the mountains?
