Toronto is FULL of gorgeous old architecture and landscape architecture, and equally FULL with modern – and frequently unbelievably tall – architecture. It is also bustling with a multicultural population, and I saw far fewer homeless people than I do in the States. I suppose it’s probably related to the fact that I was largely downtown on weekdays, but everyone seemed very earnestly busy, but pleasantly so.

This Canadian TV building not only is another example of an old building flanked by new buildings, but has a news van crashing out of its side – very modern, indeed!
